Saturday’s play-off matches began with Puskás Ferenc Labdarúgó Akadémia facing Sepsi OSK. Following a goalless first half, the Felcsút side secured a 2–0 victory through goals from Farkas Milán and Balogh Domokos, taking fifth place in the tournament.
The third-place play-off between TSC Topolya and CSA Steaua Bucharest produced an entertaining contest. The Vojvodina side took a first-half lead through goals from Mortvanski Nikola and Marković Mihajlo, while Petre Matei found the net for the Bucharest team. Mijanović Mateja extended TSC’s advantage late in the second half, before Ilie Luca pulled one back. TSC Topolya won 3–2 to finish third.
The final brought together FK Csíkszereda and Kispest-Honvéd FC, who had both won all their previous matches at the tournament. Neither side managed to score in an evenly contested and hard-fought encounter, meaning the trophy was decided by a penalty shoot-out. Honvéd were more accurate from the spot, winning the shoot-out 4–3 to retain their title. As in last year’s tournament, FK Csíkszereda finished as runners-up.

FK Csíkszereda’s Bâlbâe Róbert was named the tournament’s best goalkeeper. Boér Szabolcs of FK Csíkszereda and Marković Mihajlo of TSC Topolya, who scored three goals each, shared the top goalscorer award, while Kispest-Honvéd FC’s Schill Dániel was named the tournament’s best player.
The awards were presented by Dusinszki Zoltán, technical director of the Szeklerland Football Academy, Burus Carmen, the widow of Burus Csaba, and Varga Károly, technical director of the Carpathian Basin Academy System.
