Női Ifjúsági Liga | Nem mindennapi győzelem Alexandrián

Our Women’s Youth League team played an unusual match in Alexandria – it started an hour and a half late, was shortened for that reason, and the result on the field looked as if it had been decided at the green table.

However, the organizers had little to do with the situation, and the referees certainly didn’t make things easier for our team, while the FK Csíkszereda delegation had nothing to do with the delay. Citing the delay, the referees decided to play two 30-minute halves – something not exactly supported by the rulebook. In the match report, though, there’s no mention of this; in fact, it claims we even scored a goal in the 81st minute – yet it doesn’t state who the referees actually were.

On the pitch, however, we won fair and square, 3–0 – and not even a green-table decision could have been better than that.
