Both of our youth teams celebrated victories in the second round of the play-offs: our U18 side in the Youth League triumphed 4–2 over FC Bacău in a thrilling, high-scoring match, while our U17 Elite League team defeated CS Dinamo București thanks to a hat-trick from Bota Darius.

Youth League U18
FC Bacău proved to be a strong opponent, but Goran Kopunović’s boys turned the match around and earned a well-deserved win. The visitors controlled most of the first half and took the lead in the 38th minute from a corner. Just before halftime, however, Tóth Pál Előd reacted quickly to a rebound and equalized for Csíkszereda.
After the break, the match completely changed. Our team came out energized and aggressive, taking the lead in the 47th minute when Tóth Pál scored again after a pass from Brügger. Five minutes later, Rónai Róbert headed in from a corner, and in the 60th minute he struck again, also from a set piece. The visitors managed to pull one back through Axinte, but our team stayed in control, sealing a confident 4–2 victory in front of the home fans.
Elite League U17
The encounter with CS Dinamo București was an exciting and dramatic one. Mitra Szilárd’s team started brilliantly, taking the lead in the 4th minute through a header from Bota Darius. Dinamo equalized in the 19th minute, and although we earned a penalty shortly after, it was missed. In the 37th minute, Bota Darius restored our lead with a powerful strike, giving us a 2–1 advantage at halftime.
After the break, the visitors pushed forward and equalized again in the 68th minute. The decisive moment came late in the match: in the 86th minute, Darius scored from a free-kick delivery, completing his hat-trick and securing the win for Csíkszereda. The team played with focus and determination throughout, earning a deserved three points at home.
