Several players from the FK Csíkszereda academy have once again been called up to various Romanian youth national teams during the October international break.
Efraim Bödő has been called up to Romania’s U19 national team. Between October 5–14, the squad will train in Romania and play two friendly matches against Cyprus’ youth team. The group is preparing for the home qualifying matches in November for the 2026 European Championship.
The U17 national team, composed of players born in 2009, includes two FK Csíkszereda representatives: Lóránd Bencze and Darius Bota. Their training camp runs from October 1 to 15, during which Romania will play three qualifying matches for the 2026 European Championship in France, against Israel, France, and Azerbaijan.
For the U16 national team’s training camp, held between October 5–15, Zsolt Jánosi has been called up. The team will prepare in Romania and play two friendly matches against Germany’s youth squad.
