Our U15 girls’ team travelled to Iași this weekend and Portik Helga’s side once again avoided any slip-up, returning home with a convincing three-goal victory from the visit to Politehnica Iași.
Our U16 team’s league campaign came to an end on Saturday with an away trip to Bucharest. Burus Bernát’s side finished sixth in their eight-team playoff group and signed off the season with a 1–1 draw away to Știința.
Our U15 side secured the opportunity to fight for bronze: thanks to a 1–0 victory away to ACS Sport Team Bucharest, our youngest academy players finished second in their play-off group and will now have one more meaningful fixture to close the Liga Elitelor season – the third-place match.
